What do we mean by “Privacy”?
From 25th May 2018, there were major changes to what personal information companies and organisations can collect and use. This is part of what’s called the General Data Protection Regulations, and forms part of the Data Protection Act 2018. You will have heard it being called GDPR, for short.
Your privacy is of the utmost important to us. For reasons of protecting your privacy, this notice explains how your information is collected and used. It also explains that you have a choice about what information you supply. This privacy notice is available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
What information we collect from our website
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. If you have downloaded some information, or completed the form on our “Contact Us” page you will have given some details such as:
Your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information only for the reason you have requested. We do not share this information with any other third party, except to the extent necessary to complete that process that you have enquired about.
We will use the information you have provided for that purpose, and not for any other reason.
You decide what information you would like to receive from us, and we provide an “opt-out” if you do not want to receive any other information from us.
To prevent anyone accessing your personal information, and ensuring it is correct and accurate and used for the purpose of its intention, it is stored on secure servers in the Cloud in UK locations, which are backed up daily.

We will then ask you to send a confirmation e-mail detailing exactly what you want us to do, so we can verify this information has come from you.
We do not pass these details on to any third party.
